Sushi Night Party

Wassssssabi, party folks. It’s sushi night! Gather some of your closest raw fish-lovin’ buddies and host a yummy sushi night. Don’t have the courage to make your own sushi? Just order an assortment of savory sushi rolls from your favorite sushi restaurant and plate ‘em up. Of course you’ll need more than just some fish on rice to throw your rockin’ sushi bash. Check out some of our modern sushi night party ideas:

1. Sushi Night Party Invitations: We’re totally digging the modern look of these sushi party invitations. Japanese design is huge on minimalism, so less is better. We couldn’t agree more. (paper culture)

2. Modern Sushi Plates: The secret to throwing the ultimate sushi night party is all about presentation. These ultra chic sushi plates are perfect for displaying an assortment of sushi. Buy a few to hold sushi/soy sauce and tempura/tempura sauce. These would also make great veggie/dip plates for your next shindig. (generate)

3. Sushi Pillows: Spice up your sofa with these handmade sushi pillows. And if your friends are anything like ours, I’d suggest you keep an eye on them before someone tries to eat one. (eon creative)

4. Sushi Party Dinnerware: Keep your sushi night party modern and chic by using simple, white dinnerware. The neutral colors on the plates will make all of the bold colors of the sushi really pop. Check out your local Ikea store for some inexpensive white ceramic dinner sets. (photo: design decor setting)

5. Black Stone Candle Holders: Light some tea candles in these gorgeous stone candle holders and scatter them all around your house to add some soft ambiance to your room. Make an eye-catching centerpiece by pouring an inch of water into a low-lying vase and placing a few of these candles right in the water. (brooks barrow)
